Homemade pizza for all the family

Wow. It’s been a busy bank holiday weekend here at Pink Fizz Towers.

I’d been planning to clear out the girl’s bedrooms for months and finally had a day free to get stuck in…the result was copious amounts of bin-bags along with clothes, toys, books and general girly tat finally extracted.

Carpets can now see the light, cupboards can close once more, and lo-and-behold two very happy girls realise they do actually prefer their bedrooms when everything has a place!

We also had a very lovely pizza night created by The Hubby and The Redhead which was lots of fun and extremely yummy.

So Paul Hollywood, king of all things doughy, eat your heart out, check out our monster dough which made monster pizzas! The Hubby used a pizza dough recipe from BBC Good Food (our go-to place for quick and easy recipes).

Well hello my friendly little dough ball...

...Eeek it's a dough monster!!!

…eek it’s a dough monster!!!

Phew, tamed by The redhead who gets stuck in!

Homemade pizzas, done.

…and now we shall eat the dough monster….mmm, homemade pizzas, done.

Well, above are the girls’ pizzas which they loved, but we might have to go for a long walk tomorrow as Mum and Dad’s pizzas were too big for the small screen!
